Facilities
Secure Symbology currently has 4 offices of its own including Company Headquarters in Wayne, NJ consisting of 20,000 square feet of space designed for showroom and customer service, that has redundant communications loops, disaster recovery climate systems, and backup generators providing a complete 24/7 customer service capability.
In addition SSI has a 5,000 square foot technical center near Dulles airport in Sterling Virginia, a 10,000 square foot engineering facility in Newport Pennsylvania, and a patent facilitator/intellectual property office in New York.
Supplementing these facilities, and as part of the joint marketing agreement signed with Cardinal (Catalent), Catalent has placed all of its global facilities at SSI's disposal. There are 16 North American facilities, 3 in Puerto Rico, 2 in Latin America, 11 in Europe, and 3 in Asia. Catalent is prepared to support SSI out of any of those facilities for marketing, support, engineering, and assistance. Catalent's experience as the largest provider of packaging services to the pharmaceutical industry leave them and SSI well positioned to understand commercial packaging for all dose forms. In addition, Catalent is the recognized leader in packaging of biotechnology products.
